To Our Valued Customers,
At Pfister Sprinkler Systems, we understand the severity of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks across our area. Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, employees and families.
Here at Pfister, we are implementing significant measures that will allow us to continue offering our products and services while keeping our customers and employees safe.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
We have instituted a new policy regarding the cleaning of company used equipment and vehicles. We are increasing the cleaning of our heavily used shop areas like the bathrooms and break rooms. We are providing products to our employees to help them keep themselves as well as their equipment/vehicles clean and sanitized. Our staff has also been instructed to wash their hands as much as possible and wear gloves when appropriate.
Our employees have all be instructed to stay home and self-quarantie if they are not feeling well or have family members who are ill. If they are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, we are asking them to seek medical attention. We have requested a doctor's clearance upon their return to work.
As our customer, we respect your privacy and understand your desire to limit exposure. We have educated our employees on social distancing. We have instructed our employees to refrain from any unnecessary social interaction with customers and refrain from shaking hands. We also ask our employees to keep at least six feet of distance between them and you, our customer.
On scheduled service dates, we are asking you, our customer, to inform us if you or any of your family members are not feeling well. If so, then we will want to reschedule for a later time when you are felling better.
While limiting risk, we are making every effort to continue providing our services on-time as scheduled. Please keep in mind that this is a rapidly changing environment and if needed, schedules may change. We will alert you to any changes deemed necessary.
The Coronavirus situation continues to evolve. We all have high hopes for the new vaccines. Hopefully, at some point in 2021 we will move back to a closer level of "normalcy". Unttil then, we will continue monitoring new information as it becomes available and follow CDC and government recommended actions to help stop the spread of this deadly virus.
As a family owned company, we are committed to providing safety to our customers, employees and families. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this difficult time.
